Great work tonight Varsity boys with a 62-23 win over Panther Creek!

5th Grade student Sydni Rae Jones finished out the Vegas Tuffest Rodeo, she won 2nd in the 1st round of the 19&under barrels against 93 of the toughest barrel racers and horses from all over the US and Canada. Her time from that run was the second fastest time run the entire week!! HUGE deal with this level
of competition!
She will make her first run in the poles and jr barrels tomorrow morning here in the Junior World Finals.

Congratulations to our student of the month for December, Brooke Cox. Brooke is a senior at Rochelle and is involved in Athletics, FFA, NHS, Student Council, and UIL. Our December employee of the month is Mrs. Wolfe. Mrs. Wolfe does a wonderful job of supporting the entire Rochelle community in many ways and always has a smile on her face. Seniors are raising money for project graduation. Last day for our no shave contest is Wednesday. Currently coach MC is leading by 13 dollars. If you would like to donate please contact the school or send money to the school.

The Rochelle Lady Hornets end the weekend 2nd Place (3-1) in the Rochelle Tournament. Super proud of this team and their efforts this weekend!

Day 3 of tournament starting in the morning! The games will kick off at 10:30 am with Rochelle vs Strawn girls. The start time has been moved from 9am to 10:30 due to a team not coming.

Day 1 Rochelle Games!


Our annual Christmas Concert is scheduled to take place next Thursday (December 9th) starting at 6PM in the Rochelle New Gym. We look forward to this awesome event each year and invite all members of the community to join us. Students in elementary will be singing Christmas songs and our band students will be playing. We hope to see you there next week on Thursday at 6PM! #ChooseRochelle


The Varsity Hornets fought extremely hard and came back from a deficit in the second half but ended up just a bit short and lost to Gustine (45-47). Awesome effort by all of our student athletes this evening! #ChooseRochelle
