Thursday evening is our High School Awards Banquet - when we honor all of our high school students on a job very well done this year. STATE TENNIS TOURNAMENT!
Bethany Lewis and Sean Estes represented Rochelle at the State tennis tournament today. They battled but fell short. We are very proud of these two Rochelle athletes. They are in the top 8 mixed doubles 1A teams in the state of Texas.
Rochelle Volleyball had a successful first night of spring league going 1-1! Great job Hornets! 🐝💛💙
We just learned that the water pumps are fixed and that we will be able to have school tomorrow! School begins at the normal time tomorrow, Tuesday April 25th. All scheduled testing (English 1 EOC and STAAR Reading 3-8) will take place as originally planned tomorrow. Students, please be sure you get plenty of rest tonight and please remember to bring your laptop chargers to school tomorrow.
Good morning Hornet Community! As you may have heard, the water levels in the storage tanks at Rochelle are very low. Given this, we are going to have an EARLY RELEASE today (Monday). School will release at 12PM today with busses running routes at 12:30PM. Elementary students will eat lunch at the normal time and middle school and high school students will eat lunch at 12PM. We will send out an update on the status of school for Tuesday this afternoon/evening as we learn more. Please contact the school at 325-243-5224 with any questions.
Congrats to Destanie Alewine and her coach, Mrs. Turk, on a 3rd place finish in LD Debate at the regional tournament. Destanie will compete at the state meet in Austin in May. Congrats Destanie and Mrs. Turk!
