Just went and drove. FM and dirt roads are still very icy. The major roads are wet. There is mist on my windshield and a good chance of precipitation tonight so RISD will be cancelling school for Thursday, February 2, 2023. Stay safe and warm.

Varsity boys lost in triple overtime against Lameta 53-57
Varsity girls win a tight one tonight in Lometa. 42-38 win.
Just drove to Winchell, Richland and Brady and the roads are fine. I will be driving the roads around 4:30 a. m. to get a good ideas of conditions for in the morning. As of now school is on as normal.
Hornets travel to Lometa today to continue District play! Game times have been moved up due to weather!

From the Rochelle ISD PTC: Due to weather concerns, the PTC meeting scheduled for this evening (January 30th) is being moved to Monday, February 6th at 6 p.m. It will still be held at Rochelle Baptist Church.
Due to deteriorating weather conditions Rochelle ISD will be cancelling school for Tuesday, January 31, 2023.
