After several months of using our new Raptor System to check-in visitors to our school and after discussing our policies with local law enforcement agencies, we have decided to slightly modify our check-in procedures. Effective immediately, our front office will hold onto a visitor's ID until that visitor leaves the campus (all visitors will have to stop by the office before leaving campus to pick up their ID). Visitors will continue to be required to show their ID to check into campus. This allows our campus to keep track of which visitors are on campus at all times.
Rochelle ISD is hosting our annual Thanksgiving Day meal next Thursday on November 16th starting at 11AM in the cafeteria. Plates will cost $5 each; please be sure to bring an ID to the cafeteria or front office so we can check in our visitors. Anyone is invited to join us!
Great job to our Student Council students, their sponsor (Mrs. Blacker), the Rochelle Band (directed by Mr. Lucus), our cooks, and the rest of the team that made our Veterans Day Program a success.
We honored three wonderful students and an amazing educator at the Rochelle ISD School Board meeting. Congrats to Paisley Dennis, Katie Dwight, and Elena Ruiz for being named students of the month.
