The Varsity Hornets lost a tough game tonight in Cherokee (56-32). The Varsity Hornets take on Richland Springs in Richland Springs this Friday.

Just went and drove. FM and dirt roads are still very icy. The major roads are wet. There is mist on my windshield and a good chance of precipitation tonight so RISD will be cancelling school for Thursday, February 2, 2023. Stay safe and warm.

Due to weather condition and driving conditions Rochelle ISD will be closed Wednesday February 1, 2023.

Varsity boys lost in triple overtime against Lameta 53-57

Varsity girls win a tight one tonight in Lometa. 42-38 win.

Due to deteriorating weather conditions Rochelle ISD will be cancelling school for Tuesday, January 31, 2023.

Just drove to Winchell, Richland and Brady and the roads are fine. I will be driving the roads around 4:30 a. m. to get a good ideas of conditions for in the morning. As of now school is on as normal.
