From Coach Cherry Regarding This Friday's Home Game
With so much much unknown with COVID-19, we are going to host senior night THIS Friday instead of the last home game. We are sorry for the short notice, but we feel this is best for the seniors given the circumstances and do not want to chance them not getting a senior night.
Coach Cherry's Week 2 Hornet Football Report
Thursday @ 7:30 the JV Hornets travel to Lohn
Friday the Varsity plays @ Hornet Stadium against Abilene TLCA (Ticket information will be released soon)
Week 1 Review: The varsity Hornets traveled to Westbrook and start the year 1-0 in a 62-15 fashion. The offensive and defensive MVP's will be released at the end of the day. #ChooseRochelle
The Lady Hornets fell to the varsity team from Paint Rock in four sets. Great effort against a tough Paint Rock team.

JH volleyball parents: our first JH game is coming up Monday, 8/31 in Coleman @ 5:00pm. The JH girls will have your tickets for you tomorrow. You must present your ticket to get in and pay at the gate. Masks will be required.
The girls won set one last night 27-25, set two 25-14, lost the third set 25-21 and won the fourth set 25-21. They battled all night and put the whoop on. Way to go girls. Super proud of you. #ChooseRochelle
Westbrook ISD has sent information about stadium use. RISD has a limited supply of tickets. Coach Cherry will be giving tickets to player upon request. Coach Cherry will let us know if there are extra and we will let you know ASAP. #Choose Rochelle

Balfour will be visiting our juniors and seniors throughout the day on September 21st to cover class rings, caps and gowns, and graduation related items.
