First grade's Literacy - STEM lesson with The Three Billy Goats Gruff. They became engineers for the day to create a boat to get the goats across the river because the troll destroyed the bridge.

At the regular school board meeting for the month of September, the Rochelle ISD board of trustees took action to approve a minor update to the school calendar for this school year. Hornet Cross Country competed this morning in Lometa. Tori Kilgore placed 3rd and Hadlee Cavness placed 9th. Another strong week of improvement with many of our athletes setting new PRs! Way to go Hornets!
