Relaxation is an important skill both in life and theatre. Being fully relaxed before performing can help reduce stress, anxiety, and stage fright. The ability to relax fully is not easy for everyone and therefore needs to be practiced. 

This video  is the recording we listened to in class. Listen and follow her directions for a complete relaxation session.
